By ordering from us you are agreeing to our policies. Below you will find our policies on Privacy, Ordering, Returns and Shipping.
Privacy We never give out your information - Period!
Ordering We are happy to provide our customers with a diverse line of products and we work hard to find the best items and quality available. We begin processing orders within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours.
If you ever experience problems during the ordering process, or are unable to place an order please contact us and tell us about it!
We carry many handmade products which support Work at Home Moms (WAHMs) across the country. Many of them make each item to order so please keep that in mind when ordering a handmade item since it may not be ready to ship for several days after you order it. If this information is not listed you can assume that normal turn around time is 3 days or less or you can contact us.
Returns Due to the nature of our products we generally do not offer returns. We do like our customers to be satisfied with their order and you are free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Please check any notes on the individual product pages for special return information if they happen to have a different policy. We do offer exchanges on defective merchandise.
Shipping Most of the products we carry are shipped directly from the manufacturer so don't be surprised if your order arrives in more than one package on different days. Generally you can expect to see your order within 2 weeks, please allow extra time for handmade/crafted items or custom orders.
We send out shipping information as soon as we ship your order or receive information from the manufacturer.
Our shipping prices are as follows:
$1 - $19 = $6 $20 - $39 = $8 $40 - $79 = $10 $80 - $99 = $12 $100 and up = FREE
